Refunds, cancellations, resale and Force Majeure

1. No Refunds: All ticket sales and registrations are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Event Commitment: We commit significant resources, time, and effort to organize and host our events. Once tickets are sold or registrations are confirmed, we are unable to recover these costs, which is why we cannot offer refunds.

3. Event Cancellations or Postponements: In the event of a cancellation or postponement initiated by us, we will communicate the available options to ticket holders or registered participants. These options may include transferring tickets or registrations to a rescheduled date or providing credit for future events. However, we are not obligated to provide refunds unless required by applicable laws or regulations.

4. Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this refund policy if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

5. Unauthorized Resale: Tickets or registrations purchased for our events are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our explicit permission. Any unauthorized resale or transfer may result in the cancellation of the ticket or registration without a refund.
